Miracle Salsa is a Utah product, made fresh with the finest ingredients, all of which uniquely promote great health. All of our products use the base ingredients of raw honey, apple cider vinegar, and raw garlic, all of which are miracle foods, namely for their strong healing properties. Miracle Salsa began when its founder, Jim Hickman, had a large greenhouse full of tomatoes and wanted to make them into salsa. For centuries, apple cider vinegar mixed with honey has been prescribed medicinally. Hippocrates, the father of medicine, treated his patients with this combination for its powerful cleansing, healing, and germ fighting qualities. This same routine was habitually practiced in Jim’s household. Jim wanted to integrate the miracle foods apple cider vinegar and honey into his tomato based salsa. Garlic, another miracle food, contains high antifungal and antibacterial properties. When freshly cut and combined with the apple cider vinegar, these properties are maintained at their highest potency. These three miracle foods became the foundation of Miracle Salsa and the keys to its health promoting recipe.
